About me
I discovered Rolfing through my own journey of recovering from multiple injuries over the years, after experiencing limited success with conventional rehabilitation and strengthening approaches. As a former electrician and someone who has always enjoyed an active lifestyle through sports and outdoor adventure, I recognize that having access to a healthy, pain-free body is closely connected to our emotional and psychological well-being.

Rolfing played a significant role in helping me feel like myself again. The profound impact it had on my own recovery inspired me to study the modality and share it with others.

I come from lived experience, knowing what it feels like to live with chronic pain and the effect it can have on mental health, self-confidence, and identity. Because of this, I bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding to those who are navigating a similar path.
My Mission
My mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies and move through life with greater ease. I believe that when we feel comfortable and supported in our bodies, we are better able to pursue our goals, express our unique gifts, and engage fully in the activities that bring meaning to our lives.
